The Dekang Group Pingtang Breeding Farm Environmental Treatment BOT Project is a comprehensive environmental solution developed for large-scale livestock operations. Designed with a treatment capacity of 1,200 m³/d, the system integrates wastewater treatment, solid waste management, and resource recovery into a unified framework.

The project adopts a modular bolted tank construction approach, enabling a shorter construction period and higher installation efficiency. This flexible design allows for rapid deployment while ensuring reliable system performance.

For solid waste treatment, the system utilizes a combination of biogas drying and membrane-covered composting fermentation technologies, achieving effective volume reduction and resource utilization of manure. These processes convert livestock waste into valuable organic products, supporting sustainable agricultural practices.

In terms of system management, the project incorporates an intelligent monitoring and control system, enabling functions such as operational coordination, risk identification, and data analysis. This enhances overall management efficiency and improves service quality.
