The Yikang Ecological Fresh Air Purification System is designed to provide clean and cooled fresh air for pig barns. Before entering the barn, outside air passes through a three-stage filtration system that combines interception, inertial separation, and diffusion effects to effectively capture mosquitoes, pollen, dust, and bioaerosols that may carry pathogens.
After filtration, the air passes through a high-density composite fiber cooling pad for rapid temperature reduction, helping create a cleaner, fresher, and more comfortable environment for pigs. The system supports improved air quality, better environmental control, and healthier farm operation.
In completed projects, the system has shown stable performance and reliable practical results, helping farms reduce airborne contamination risks and improve overall biosecurity management.
